Boards & Commissions

The City of College Place has several Boards and Commissions that assist the City Council by reviewing various matters and making recommendations to the Council. This is a great way to be of service to your community and have a voice in the direction of your City. Please think about volunteering your time and sharing some of your expertise with your community.

Current Openings
The City of College Place is accepting applications for a volunteer position on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee(LTAC). The LTAC is a recommending body for the City Council and makes recommendations on how the lodging tax funds are distributed each year.

The Committee is made up of five members. One Councilmember who is the Chair, two members from agencies that collect and pay the tax, and two members from agencies that are possible recipients of funds.

The current vacancy is for a member representing an agency required to collect the tax. (Lodging facility, hotel, vacation rental, etc.)
