This project is funded by the State of Washington Pedestrian & Bicycle Grant Program. This entails reconstruction of the crosswalk across 501 S. College Avenue to include additional lighting, curb bump outs, and a rapid flashing beacon. J-U-B Engineering is the general engineer. It is expected this project will be ready to bid by April 2024 for construction.
