The City of College Place partnered with Walla Walla University and Columbia REA to provide an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger adjacent to The Express/Shell Gas Station on the southwest corner of Fourth Street/College Avenue intersection. The Electric Vehicle charging station is currently operational.
