The College Place Police Department has experienced space deficiencies for a while. It became apparent after all Police operations moved into the Annex Building back in 2017. The project has been listed in the 2019, 2020, and 2021 Capital Facility Plans. The Evidence Processing Building is located to the rear of the Police Annex Building and will provide ample space to store evidence and equipment for the Police Department. S&K Mountain Construction is building the project. It is expected to be completed in Summer 2021.
