The City of College Place is once again having a Fall Festival from 3 to 6 PM on Thursday, October 31st, 2018. Trick or treat at participating businesses up and down College Avenue from 13th to B Street. The Municipal Campus & Fire Department (625 S. College Ave) will have candy, fall vendors, a maze, police/fire vehicle tours for kids, bouncy house, face painting, and balloon twisting sponsored by the College Place Lions Club and Andy's Market. Please attend!
