The City of College Place is in Phase I of Governor Inslee's Healthy Washington Plan. The City is within the South Central specified region of the plan which is comprised of Columbia, Walla Walla, Benton, Franklin, Yakima, and Kittitas Counties. Metrics are published by the State of Washington Department of Health every Friday with regions moving forward or backward a phase the following Monday.
