City Event Vendor Fees


         3 Easy Steps:
  1. Complete and submit your vendor application.
  2. After submitting your Vendor Application you will receive an invoice via email within 3 business days.
  3. Once you have received your invoice, you can pay online, by phone, in person, or by mailing a check. 

Paying by Phone:
  • Have your Account number ready. This can be found on your invoice. 
  • Call us at 509-529-1200, option "3" for the Finance Department.
Paying in-person or mail:
College Place City Hall
625 S College Avenue
College Place, WA 99324

Make checks payable to "City of College Place".

Paying online:
Option 1 :
  1.  Click the link on your invoice. It will take you directly to your account and payment due, where you can then pay with a credit/debit card.
Option 2 :
  1. Follow this link to our Quick Pay option: College Place Quick Pay.
  2. Enter your account number. This can be found on your invoice.
  3. Enter your last payment amount. This is likely $0.
  4. This will then take you to your account and payment due, where you can pay with a credit/debit card.
