Map 1:: Project Area 

This project entails reconstruction of NE Damson Avenue from NE Cargill Drive to NE Rose Street. This will include new utilities underneath, sidewalks, rapid flashing beacon with crosswalk across Rose Street, and sidewalk across railroad. Also, NE Rose Street between Wallula/Lambert and Carey Court will be road dieted to three lanes with bike lanes to match what the City of Walla Walla is doing. Most of this project is paid for by a State Transportation Improvement Board Urban Arterial Program Grant. PBS Engineering is the engineer of the project. PBS is wrapping up final engineering and will have the project out for construction bid by April 2024.
